PEORIA, Ill. -- First-year Bradley Volleyball head coach Carol Price-Torok and the Braves will host Breast Cancer Awareness Night during next week's 7 p.m. home matchup with Drake (Saturday, Oct. 15) at Renaissance Coliseum.

The Braves will recognize breast cancer survivors in addition to area high school teams which hosted "Volley for the Cure" events this year during the tilt with the Bulldogs.

Survivors can receive free admission to the Oct. 15 contest by calling the Bradley Ticket Office at (309) 677-2625 or emailing bradleyticketoffice@bradley.edu to reserve their seat.  Additional tickets for family and friends may be purchased at the group rate of $3.  All tickets must be reserved by noon on Friday, Oct. 14.

Breast cancer survivors can participate in a special recognition between sets two and three, in conjunction with a presentation from area "Volley for the Cure" high school teams.  Teams wishing to attend must submit an official roster via email to bradleyticketoffice@bradley.edu by noon on Friday, Oct. 14 to receive free admission.

Teams participating in the event will receive a tour of Renaissance Coliseum prior to the game and all fans are invited to a pre-match "Chalk Talk" delivered by Price-Torok at 6:15 p.m. in the Zobrist Room.

For more information regarding the "Volley for the Cure" promotion please contact Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and New Media Brooke Buzard at bbuzard@bradley.edu.

The Braves return to action Friday at Missouri State (7 p.m.) and close out a brief two-match road swing Saturday at pre-season Missouri Valley Conference favorite Wichita State.
