PEORIA, IL – A rooftop experience for the final Chicago Cubs home game of the 2016 regular-season, travel packages, special game-day experiences and many unique items are up for auction at the 2016 Bid-for-the Braves, presented by Hometown Community Banks Saturday, Sept. 24 at Renaissance Coliseum.

Highlighting the many live auction items is a trip for 14 to watch the Chicago Cubs take on the St. Louis Cardinals the following day, Sunday Sept. 25 in the final regular-season home game of the year at Wrigley Field.  The package includes round-trip transportation to and from Peoria, food and beverages and admission for 14 individuals to Rooftop 1010 for the 7 p.m. contest.

Among the silent auction items up for bid are two tickets to the 2016 ISC Smoker, which will be held Sept. 28 and feature Bradley men's basketball head coach Brian Wardle

A limited number of tickets remain for the 14th annual dinner auction, which serves as the largest annual, single-event fundraiser for the Braves Club in support of Bradley's 15 NCAA Division I intercollegiate athletics teams. Themed "Braves on Safari," guests are encouraged to dress in safari-themed apparel for the event, which will include dinner and cocktails, live and silent auctions of hundreds of unique items, socializing with Bradley student-athletes and coaches and games and prizes throughout the evening.

The Bids-for-the-Braves auction program is available for dowload (2016 Bids-for-the-Braves program) and reservations may be made by visiting the Bids-for-the-Braves website or by contacting the Braves Club Office at (309) 677-2667.

Tickets for Bids-for-the-Braves are $100 for Braves Club members or $115 for non-members. Mobile bidding also is available and those unable to attend may register for the mobile option for $25.
