FINAL NON-CONFERENCE HOME GAME
•    Bradley will play its final non-conference home game of the 2017 regular season Tuesday when the Braves host in-state rival Illinois-Chicago in a 5 p.m. kickoff at Shea Stadium.
•    Following Tuesday's game, Bradley will play three of its final four regular-season games on the road, including its non-conference finale Oct. 31 at Western Illinois.
•    The Braves will be shooting for their seventh home win of the season Tuesday, which would be most regular-season home wins at Shea Stadium since the 2007 NCAA Tournament Elite Eight squad enjoyed an 8-2-0 regular-season home record.
•    UIC rolls into Peoria unbeaten in its last six games (4-0-2).

AGAINST THE FLAMES
27th Meeting | Series Tied, 8-8-0 | Bradley leads 6-3-0 at home
•   Tuesday's game will be the 17th meeting of the in-state rivals, which dates to Bradley's 2-1 victory Sept. 3, 1989 at Peoria Notre Dame High School.
•    Although the series is tied, 8-8-0, UIC has won five of the last seven series meetings, including three straight heading into Tuesday's game.
•    UIC's current series winning streak began with a 2-1, overtime victory Sept. 3, 2006, which snapped Bradley's NCAA record 24-game (10-0-14) overtime unbeaten streak.
•    Bradley's last win in the series was a 4-1 victory Nov. 1, 2005 at Shea Stadium.

NATION'S MOST IMPROVED
•    Through Sunday's action, Bradley is the most-improved team by won-loss record in the nation.
•    After enduring a 2-15-3 season in 2016, the 2017 Braves bring an 8-5-1 record into Tuesday's game, which computes to a +8.0 W-L improvement (add the difference in victories between the two seasons to the difference in losses, then divide by two; ties not counted).
•    Not only does the current +8.0 improvement top the nation, it represents the best turnaround in program history.
•    The 1992 Braves enjoyed the best turnaround in program history, +6.0, improving from 6-14-0 in 1991 to 11-7-1 in 1992..

TWO HOME GAMES REMAIN
•    Bradley has only two home games remaining during the 2017 regular season.
•    Bradley is 6-2-0 at home to date this year and the six home wins already are the most during the regular season since 2012 (6-1-2).
•    Bradley has not win as many as seven regular-season home games since the 2007 NCAA Tournament Elite 8 squad went 8-2-0 at Shea Stadium during the regular season.

DEROSE'S IN-STATE RECORD
•   In his 22nd year as Bradley's head coach, Tuesday's game versus UIC will be Jim DeRose's 102nd game versus an in-state rival.
•    Including a 5-0-0 record to date this season, DeRose boasts a 66-28-7 (.688) record against teams from Illinois.
•    DeRose's teams are 26-7-3 (.764) all-time at Shea Stadium versus in-state competition.
•    Including Tuesday's game versus UIC, three of Bradley's next four games are being played against in-state rivals -- road trips to Loyola Chicago Saturday and Western Illinois Oct. 31.
