EVANSVILLE, IN - Bradley went a man down in the 86th minute and Milwaukee (2-1-1) took immediate advantage en route to a 2-0 victory against the Braves (1-2-0) Monday afternoon at the ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic.

With the teams slogging through a scoreless battle, Bradley junior midfielder Alex Ciaramitaro was hit with a red card at 84:32. Taking advantage of the man advantage, Milwaukee scored just 52 seconds later as Evan Conway headed home a rebound for the winner at 85:24.  The Panthers gained some insurance moments later when Nick Moon dribbled around Bradley keeper Brandon Barnes and scored off the post at 87:59.

Both teams completed the ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic with 1-1 tourney records. Bradley was coming off a 2-1 victory against Northern Illinois Friday, while Milwaukee suffered a 3-2 loss in overtime to host Evansville.  The Purple Aces will take on Northern Illinois in Monday's tournament finale.

The red card against Ciaramitaro was a bit ironic, considering the Braves committed just five fouls in the match.

Facing a schedule altered in numerous ways by Hurricane Harvey, Bradley will return to action Wednesday when the Braves face Aurora University in a game scheduled late last week to replace one of the games cancelled at the season-opening HBU Invitational due to the hurricane.  In a busy week, Bradley also will face Incarnate Word Friday at 7 p.m., a game originally slated as the home opener but now has become the team's third home game of the year.
