OMAHA, Neb. ? Freshman Jessica Sampias took fourth in Flight C singles and sophomore Teri Chan placed fourth in the consolation bracket of Flight A singles to highlight final day action at the Omaha Collegiate Championship Sunday in Omaha, Neb.

Sampias finished fourth in the main draw of Flight C singles Sunday, falling in the third-place match to Kylie Roe of Nebraska-Omaha, 6-1, 6-1. Chan placed fourth in the consolation bracket of Flight A singles after losing 6-1, 6-4 to UNO's Maggie Russell in the third-place match.

Freshman Kathleen Bowen also finished fourth in the consolation bracket of Flight B singles, suffering a 6-3, 6-3 loss at the hands of Christina Alexander of Creighton.

Sophomore Megan Vogel earned Bradley's only singles victory on the day, posting a 6-2, 6-4 win against Nebraska-Omaha's Jenny Miller to take fifth in the consolation bracket of Flight C singles.

In doubles action, the Braves fell 2-1 in their matchup with Creighton. Bowen and senior Marissa Bianchi earning the Braves victory. Ashley Morris and Kelley Wood fell at #1 doubles, losing 8-1, while Chan and Nicole Kirley lost 8-3 at #2 doubles.

The Braves return to action Oct. 1-3 at the Missouri Valley Conference Individual Championships in Springfield, Mo.
