: Where is the Bradley Ticket Office located?
A: We are located in the Nick and Nancy Owens Atrium Renaissance Coliseum, facing Main Street, on the campus of Bradley University.
 
Q: What are the Bradley Ticket Office hours?
A: We are open from 10:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. We also open one hour in advance of Bradley Athletics events.
 
Q: When do doors open for Bradley Athletics events?
A: Doors open one hour before each game.
 
Q: How do I access my tickets digitally?
A: Information about accessing tickets through your mobile device for Bradley Athletics events can be found here.
 
Q: How do I transfer my Bradley Men’s or Women’s Basketball season tickets digitally?
A: All season tickets are managed through your Bradley AccountManager. This includes transferring tickets. A digital ticket management guide can be found here.
 
Q: Is the Bradley Ticket Office open on weekends?
A: The Bradley Ticket Office’s normal hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM. The Bradley Ticket Office is only open on weekends starting one hour prior to home athletic events taking place in Renaissance Coliseum, or any other special event that requires ticketing personnel.
 
Q: What are the prices for Bradley Men’s Basketball Season Tickets?
A: Season-ticket prices start at $125 and increase depending on seating location. Full prices can be found under the “Tickets” tab at BradleyBraves.com.
 
Q: When do Bradley Men’s Basketball season tickets go on sale?
A: New men’s basketball season tickets are expected to go on sale Aug. 1.
 
Q: Can I place a deposit on Bradley Men’s Basketball season tickets?
A: Yes! We offer new Bradley Men's Basketball season-ticket deposits for $50 per seat. You can go here to place your deposit and gain early access to choosing your seat for the upcoming season.
 
Q: What are the costs for Bradley Men’s Basketball single-game tickets?
A: Single-game tickets for Bradley Men's Basketball range between $10 and $60, depending on seating location, game date and opponent. Information and prices can be found under the “Tickets” tab at BradleyBraves.com.
 
Q: What is the student pricing for Bradley Athletics events?
A: All Bradley Athletics events, except for Men’s Basketball, are free for students to attend. Student tickets for Bradley Men’s Basketball are $1, but free for Red Sea members.
 
Q: How do I purchase tickets for the Bradley section at the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments?
A: You can stop by the Bradley Ticket Office to fill out a ticket order form or call 309-677-2625 to order tickets over the phone.
 
Q: Where can I find ticket information for Bradley Athletics Fall and Spring sports?
A: You can go to the “Tickets” tab at BradleyBraves.com and find ticketing information for our fall and spring sports in the right-hand column.
 
Q: What is the cost for Women’s Basketball season tickets?
A: Adult season tickets are $75, but if you already have Men’s Basketball season tickets, they are $40. Bradley faculty/staff and children 8th grade and under can purchase season tickets for $30 a year.
 
Q: What are the single-game prices for Women’s Basketball?
A: Single-game tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for Bradley faculty/staff and $4 for youth in 8th grade and under.
 
Q: What are group ticket prices for Women’s Basketball?
A: Group tickets for Bradley Women’s Basketball games are $4 for adults and $2 for youth in 8th grade and under.

Q: I am interested in requesting a donation for tickets as a nonprofit organization; what should I do?
A: You will need to fill out our Ticket Donation Request Form and email it to us at bradleyticketoffice@bradley.edu with additional information. You can find the form here.
 
Q: Do Bradley faculty and staff receive discounts to Bradley Athletic events?
A: Bradley faculty and staff with a valid University ID receive free admission for up to two people to home Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball and Softball games. Faculty and staff also receive up to two tickets at half-price in select sections for home Men’s and Women’s Basketball games.
 
Q: Do Bradley alumni receive discounts to Bradley Athletic events?
A: While there are no alumni discounts available on a single-game basis, Men’s Basketball features a Young Alumni Season-Ticket Package in the lower bowl for just $110. Learn more by emailing BradleyTicketOffice@bradley.edu
 
PARKING
 
Q: Where should I park on Bradley’s campus when attending an event in Renaissance Coliseum?
A: The Main Street Parking Deck, adjacent to Renaissance Coliseum, is the best place to park for Bradley Athletics events and is free.
 
Q: Where can I park when attending a Bradley Men’s Basketball game at the Peoria Civic Center?
A: In addition to various street or garage parking options around downtown Peoria, the Peoria Civic Center controls the Marquee Lot (located directly in front of the Toyota Box Office) and the Fulton Lot. More information on these parking options can be found here.
 
Q: Where can I park when attending a Bradley Baseball game at Dozer Park?
A: A variety of street parking options exists around Dozer Park. For directions to the stadium, go here.
 
Q: Where can I park when attending a Bradley Softball game at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex?
A: Parking is free in all lots within the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex, including the lot immediately in front of the championship diamond where the Braves play.
 
Q: Where can I park when attending a Bradley Soccer match at Shea Stadium?
A: Shea Stadium's primary parking area is accessible from Nebraska Avenue on the east side of the stadium. Directions to the stadium can be found here.
 
Q: How much does parking cost at Bradley Men’s Basketball?
A: While there are a variety of street and garage parking options in downtown Peoria, the Marquee Lot and Fulton Lot at the Civic Center cost $10/vehicle. More information as well as parking directions can be found here.
 
Q: How much does parking cost at Bradley Soccer?
A: Regular parking is $3/vehicle in the main lot adjacent to Shea Stadium. A tailgate parking pass is $10/game at Shea Stadium. View the Bradley Soccer tailgating policies here.
 
Q: How much does parking cost for Bradley Athletics events?
A: Other than Men’s Basketball and Soccer, free parking is available for all other home Athletics events.
 
Q: How much does it cost to tailgate at Shea Stadium for Bradley soccer matches?
A: A tailgate parking pass is $10/game at Shea Stadium. View the Bradley Soccer tailgating policies here.
 
Q: Is there special parking or transportation options for students attending Bradley Men's Basketball games?
A: A free commercial bus is made available as a student shuttle from Bradley’s campus to Carver Arena starting one hour before each home game. The bus pick-up and drop-off location on campus is in front of the Caterpillar Global Communications Center (GCC).  The bus pick-up and drop-off location at Carver Arena is inside the Peoria Civic Center, behind the student seating section.
 
Additionally, free student parking is offered for those that would prefer to drive in the OSF Orthopedics lot directly across Kumpf Boulevard from the Peoria Civic Center.
 
Q: Is there special parking or transportation options for students at Bradley Soccer matches? 
A: A free student shuttle is available for all regular-season home games starting one hour prior to the match. The shuttle will pick-up and drop-off in front of the Michel Student Center.
 
Q: Are season parking passes available for Bradley Men's Basketball games?
A: Yes, season parking passes to Bradley Men's Basketball games are included with Braves Club membership. Details on Braves Club memberships can be found here.
 
Q: Are season parking passes available for Bradley Soccer matches?
A: Yes, season parking passes are available for Bradley Soccer for $50/season. Additionally, any Braves Club member at the Bronze level or higher receives free parking.

Q: Are concessions available at Bradley Athletics events?
A: Yes, a variety of concession options are available at all home Bradley Athletics events, each managed directly by the venue's concessions vendor.
 
Q: Which sports are hosted at Renaissance Coliseum?
A: Bradley Volleyball during the fall and Women’s Basketball during the winter are played at Renaissance Coliseum.
 
Q: Where does Bradley Men’s Basketball play its home games?
A: Bradley Men's Basketball plays at the Peoria Civic Center's Carver Arena, located at 201 SW Jefferson Avenue in downtown Peoria, IL.
 
Q: Where does Bradley Baseball play its home games?
A: Bradley Baseball plays at Dozer Park in downtown Peoria, which also serves as the home for the Peoria Chiefs, the Class A Midwest League affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals.
 
Q: Where does Bradley Softball play its home games?
A: Bradley Softball plays its home games at the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex at 8400 Orange Prairie Rd, Peoria, IL 61615.
 
Q: What type of concessions are available at Bradley Men's Basketball games?

Q: Is merchandise available at Bradley Athletics events?
A: Yes, a variety of merchandise options are available at most home Bradley Athletics events.
 
Q: Are credit cards accepted at Bradley Athletics events?
A: All common credit cards (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) are accepted at Bradley Athletics events.
 
Q: Are checks accepted at Bradley Athletics events?
A: Checks are accepted only for season-ticket purchases and are not accepted for single-game purchases to any event.
 
Q: Are there any promotions at Bradley games?
A: Yes, all ticketed sports will have different promotions during the course of their seasons. Check out BradleyBraves.com to stay up to date on all promotions during the year.
 
Q: Where are the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s and Womens' Basketball Tournaments located?
A: The MVC Men’s Basketball Championship is played at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, MO and the MVC Women’s Basketball Championship is played at TaxSlayer Center in Moline, IL.
