LAS VEGAS, Nev. ? Sophomores Elise Montrose and Teri Chan each extended their singles win streak to four consecutive matches, but Wisconsin-Green Bay managed a split in singles and took two of three doubles matches from the Braves, to defeat the Bradley women's tennis team 4-3 in Las Vegas Tuesday.
Montrose and Chan both won in singles action for the fourth consecutive match as Montrose posted Amber Murdoch 6-1, 6-1 at #1 singles and Chan was a 6-1, 6-3 winner against Megan Gregory at #4 singles.
Senior Kelley Wood also earned a 6-2, 6-1 victory at #3 singles against Wisconsin-Green Bay's Jennifer Tan.
Chan and Wood combined for the Braves only doubles victory on the afternoon as the duo posted an 8-0 win against Gregory and Kristin Leeder at #2 doubles.
Bradley returns to action Thursday against Colorado State at 11 a.m. in Las Vegas.
