CHARLESTON, S.C. ? Former Bradley stars Gavin Glinton and Luke Kreamalmeyer combined for three goals in Friday's United Soccer League's First Division game between Charleston and Portland at Blackbaud Stadium, and for the second time in three days, Glinton's Battery came out on top.

Coming off Wednesday night's 3-1 win in the third round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, Charleston came from behind for a 3-2 regular-season USL victory Friday night.

Repeating Wednesday's start, Kreamalmeyer put the visitors on the board first, tallying his fourth goal of the season in the 21st minute by finishing off a loose ball after a Timbers free kick.  Glinton wasted little time pulling Charleston even, however, scoring his ninth overall goal of the year in the 26th minute.

Kreamalmeyer gave Portland its second lead of the night just after intermission, burying a penalty kick in the 46th minute.  Charleston again came back quickly and tied the game, 2-2, on a penalty kick of its own then sealed the win Stephen Armstrong struck in the 78th minute.

Glinton began the week third in the USL First Division with seven goals, and after scoring the winner Wednesday night, he upped his team-leading total to eight goals during regular-season play.

A third former Brave, Salim Bullen, also is a rostered player for Portland, but after playing the full 90 minutes in Wednesday night's first matchup, he was given the night off Friday.
