Women?s Tennis Earns ITA All-Academic Team Honors

PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley University Women's tennis team was named to the 2006 All-Academic Team according to an announcement by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. The Braves were one of 92 Division-I teams and four MVC squads to earn the honor from the ITA.

All eight members of the women's team were named to the Bradley Athletic Director's Honor Roll the past spring, helping the Braves boast a 3.53 semester GPA.

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale).
