CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas ? Sophomore Bari-Lynn Erais is tied for 19th after two rounds of play and the Bradley women's golf team is 10th out of 15 teams following the first 36 holes at the Islander Spring Classic at the par-72 Corpus Christi Country Club Golf Course.

Erais is the Braves leader after Monday's action after shooting a two-round 153.  Her first-round 74 was the low round of the day for the Braves and she followed that with a second-round 79.

Junior Rikki Sobel is right behind Erais in a tie for 26th place at 154 after firing rounds of 78 and 76.  Senior Charlotte McGinnis is in a tie for 34th at 156 following rounds of 77 and 79 as she finished the day two shots behind Sobel.

Junior Whitney Cox recovered from a first-round 87 to shoot 79 and ended the day in a tie for 71st at 166.  Sophomore Lauren Downing tied a season-low 81 in the first round and is tied for 81st at 172 to round out the scoring for the Braves.

Bradley was tied for eighth after carding a 310 in the opening round before slipping into 10th to finish the day at 623, following a second round 313.  Missouri Valley Conference rival Missouri State holds a five-shot lead on the field after shooting 300 in both rounds Monday to end the day at 600.

Sam Houston State is second at 605 while tournament host Texas A&M Corpus Christi is third overall at 608.  Redlands is two shots behind the Islanders at 610, while Lamar and Oral Roberts are tied for fifth at 611.  McNeese State is seventh (614) and has a five-shot lead on Southern Illinois and North Texas who are tied for eighth at 619.

Bradley's 623 is good for 10th and is one shot better than Central Arkansas' first day 624.  Texas State (13th ? 633), Texas San Antonio (14th ? 634) and Texas-Pan American (15th ? 659) round out the Division I competitors.
