The Bradley softball team will have to wait one more day to play its first games of the season at Laura Bradley Park, after inclement weather forced the cancellation of Saturday's Missouri Valley Conference doubleheader against Missouri State. The Braves will attempt to play a doubleheader against the Bears at noon on Sunday.

Originally scheduled to play two games today and one game on Sunday, rain in the Peoria area caused the cancellation of Saturday's doubleheader. Sunday's forecast is calling for a high of 76 and 10 percent chance of precipitation.

Bradley enters the series with a 12-8 overall record and 0-3 mark in Missouri Valley Conference play. Missouri State is 12-16 overall and 1-4 in Valley contests.
