DES MOINES, Iowa ? Senior Maya Monitto-Webber (Iowa City, Iowa/Iowa City) earned an 11th-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles to highlight Saturday's action for the Bradley Track and Field team at day two of the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
Monitto-Webber (Iowa City, Iowa/Iowa City) turned in a season-best time of 1:05.00 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish 11th in the event. Sophomore Amanda Harms (Wheaton, Ill./Warrenville South) took 16th in the 100 meter hurdles with a season-best time of 16.23, while senior Shannon Calvert (Pekin, Ill./Pekin) was 18th in the same event, crossing the line at 16.91.
Freshman Erika Sepich (Canton, Ill./Canton) finished 19th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.72. Junior Julia Schurr (Canal Winchester, Ohio/Bloom-Carroll) turned in a season-best time in the 400-meter dash with a 1:00.11 to finish 15th.
Freshman Anne Bucalo (Fox River Grove, Ill./Cary-Grove) was the Bradley's lone competitor in the discus competition, finishing 10th with a toss of 34.04 meter.
The Braves close out competition at the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship, Sunday in Des Moines, Iowa.
