PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley Softball will be hosting Junior Day on December 19th, 2008 beginning at 1 pm. High school juniors will have the rare opportunity to experience a day in the life of a Bradley Brave. Participants will take a campus tour, hear from athletic administrators and staff, tour the field, meet team members and play in the new Markin Family Student Recreation Center.
The day will start on campus, at the Visitor's Center in the Enrollment Management Theater. Junior day is free and open to high school juniors interested in playing softball at the next level. To wrap up our day we will have a light dinner and activity in the Markin Center. Due to NCAA rules, there will be a $5 charge per person in order to participate in this part of the day.
Throughout this event, participants will receive valuable information regarding the recruiting process, the NCAA Clearinghouse and academic requirements that relate specifically to Bradley.

The Bradley University Visitor's Center is located off Elmwood Dr., next to the Bradley University Bookstore. The visitor's parking lot is located at the corner of St. James and Duryea Place.
In conjunction, on Saturday, December 20, 2008 the Bradley Softball Staff will host an Offensive Drills and Mental Approach to Hitting Clinic in Haussler Hall on the Bradley campus. The clinic will be divided by age into two sessions. The morning session will be held from 9 am to noon and is open to students age 12 and under at a cost of $60 per camper. The afternoon session will be from 1 pm to 4 pm and is open to students 13-18 years of age at a cost of $60 per camper.
