FORT MYERS, Fla. -- For the second consecutive day the Bradley women's golf team turned in its lowest round of the season, shooting a 307 to finish eighth at the 34th annual Pat Bradley Invitational Tuesday.  Freshman Thea Hedemann (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan/Walter Murray) led the Braves in their final round of the fall, matching a season-low with a three-over par 75.

Hedemann and senior Erin Gorman (Rockford, Ill./Boylan) tied for team high honors, with both individuals finishing with career-best, 54-hole totals of 230 to pace BU over the three-day event at the par-72 Pelican Preserve Golf & Country Club.  After back-to-back career-low rounds of 76 to open play, Gorman carded a 78 on the final day to tie Hedemann for 17th in the individual standings.

Freshman Christie Lin (Calgary, Alberta/Sir John G Diefenbaker) fired her fourth consecutive round in the 70's, shooting a 76 to wrap up play one shot behind Hedemann and Gorman in a tie for 21st at 231.  Senior Kelly Amundrud (Calgary, Alberta/Strathcona Tweedsmuir) also closed out the fall schedule on a good note with a third-round 78.  Amundrud tied for 35th in the field at 235.

Rounding out play for the Braves was sophomore Cassandra Marschall (Marshfield, Wis./Marshfield/Wisconsin-Green Bay), who shot her lowest round of the final three tournaments with a final-round 80 to earn a share of 67th place at 250.

The Braves were one shot back of Southern Mississippi in eighth (926) and owned a seven-shot advantage on ninth-place finisher Florida Gulf Coast (933).  Daytona State College and Delaware tied for 10th overall at 942 with Missouri Valley Conference foe Drake behind in 12th (976).  Western Illinois and Florida Atlantic tied for 13th (982) and Bethune-Cookman completed the field in 15th (992).
