THE GAME
Bradley will continue a busy 6-day stretch by visiting Missouri Valley Conference rival Evansville Saturday night ... The Braves are attempting to make a late-season push for the top of the MVC standings by playing their final two league games on the road ... Bradley enters Saturday's game in fourth place in The Valley standings, but just three points behind the 3-way logjam between Creighton, Drake and Missouri State atop the standings ... Evansville is trying to play its way into next month's State Farm MVC Tournament ... The Purple Aces are mired in a 6-game winless streak (0-5-1) and enter Saturday's game last in the 7-team Valley standings.

THE SERIES
Saturday's game will be the 20th in the all-time series between Bradley and Evansville ... The Braves own a 10-8-1 lead in the all-time series, including a 5-4-1 advantage at Evansville ... Evansville is the only current Valley rival against whom Bradley owns a winning road record ... Despite Bradley's overall success against the Purple Aces, Evansville is 3-1-1 in the last five games in the series.

THE COACHES
BRADLEY:
The 2007 Soccer America national Coach of the Year, Jim DeRose (Johnson State '89) is in his 16th year as a collegiate head coach, all at Bradley, and enters Saturday's game with a 176-121-33 (.583) career record ... DeRose's 176 victories represent 77.5 percent of the total Bradley victories (227) in program history ... DeRose is 10-6-1 all-time against Evansville, including a 5-3-1 road record against the Purple Aces.

EVANSVILLE:  Mike Jacobs (Pace '93) is in his sixth year as the head coach at Evansville and his 10th year overall as a collegiate head coach ... Jacobs owns a 81-90-11 career record, including a 52-50-6 mark with the Purple Aces ... Jacobs is 3-3-1 in seven previous games against Bradley.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN
Bradley will finish the 2011 regular season by playing two of its final three games on the road ... The Braves are 4-2-0 in true road games and 5-2-1 overall away from home ... With wins at both Evansville and Central Arkansas, Bradley would finish with the second-most regular-season road wins in program history, trailing only the 2000 (8-3-1) squad ... Bradley has struggled on The Valley road of late, however, going 1-10-1 in its last 12 Valley road games dating back to 2008, including a 1-0 loss at Drake in its only MVC road game so far this year ... The lone MVC road win the last four seasons was last season's 2-1 win at #10 Creighton in the regular-season finale.
