OMAHA, Neb. - The Bradley women's tennis season came to an end in the quarterfinals of the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Women's Tennis Team Championship Friday when #58 Wichita State (19-5) cruised to a 4-0 win at the Hanscom Indoor Tennis Center.
The Shockers ended the match early when Veronika Blaskova clinched the decision with a 6-1, 6-1 win against Corey Mattson at No. 3 singles.
The Valley's regular-season champion, Wichita State advances to a Saturday semifinal versus the winner of the Evansville/Southern Illinois quarterfinal match.
