PEORIA, Ill. -- Senior women's golfer Lauren Niemiera (Orland Park, Ill./Marist) and the Bradley women's golf team recently organized a "Books for Breast Cancer" drive on campus as part of the KSAC Foundation's "Just 1 Event", helping raise $600 which will go toward breast cancer research.

Following the recently completed Fall semester, the Braves had drop off locations around campus for individuals to donate one gently used textbook at a "Just 1 Event" which was one of several throughout the country held in conjunction with the KSAC Foundation's national "Books for Breast Center" national drive.
