PEORIA, Ill. -- The Bradley women's golf team will hit the halfway point of its spring schedule this week, spending Spring Break in Florida. The trip to the Sunshine State will be the second during the 2012-13 for the Braves, who played last week at the Rio Verde Invitational in Rio Verde, Ariz.
Bradley kicks off the weeklong trip to Florida in the Jacksonville area at the World Golf Village. The Braves will face Jacksonville University in a duel on Tuesday with the teams counting the five best of six scores. Three pairings will play the Slammer & Squire Course in the morning with the other three pairings taking on the King & Bear Course in the afternoon.
The Braves will also play in the Cincinnati Spring Invitational at the par-72 Plantation Inn Golf Resort March 22-24 in Crystal River, Fla. The three-day, 54-hole event starts Friday with 7:30 a.m. (CDT) tee times and Saturday's round also features tee times starting at 7:30 a.m. (CDT).
