PEORIA, Ill. – The Bradley Soccer team's 2013 Alumni Weekend will involve more than a simple reunion of players from the program's 26-year history. The reunion committee is organizing the inaugural Bradley Soccer Charity Golf Outing with proceeds to benefit the Danny Dahlquist Memorial Fund at Bradley University, as well as the Golf for Grace Foundation.

Bradley Soccer Alumni Weekend activities are being planned for Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28. The schedule of events to date include the inaugural golf outing Sept. 27 at Coyote Creek Golf Club, the annual alumni soccer game at 11 a.m. Sept. 28 and attendance at the Bradley Soccer team's game later that night.

The Danny Dahlquist Memorial Fund at Bradley University was established in honor of former Brave Danny Dahlquist, a redshirt member of the 2006 Bradley Soccer team who died just before the start of the 2007 preseason. The University has established an endowed scholarship in Dahlquist's name. The Golf for Grace Foundation was established to support Grace Regan, the daughter of former Brave Marty Regan, who passed away in 2011.
