PEORIA, Ill. – Season tickets for the 2013 Bradley Soccer home schedule are on sale now and the package is available at a 20 percent discount compared to the adult full price for all eight games at Shea Stadium this Fall.

Bradley Soccer season tickets may be purchased from the Bradley Athletics Ticket Office in the Renaissance Coliseum lobby during regular business hours. For more information, contact the ticket office at 309-677-2625 or BradleyTicketOffice@bradley.edu.

While single-game adult prices for Bradley Soccer home games remains $6, the 2013 adult season tickets are available for $40. Single-game youth prices (ages 14 and under) are $3, however, members of the Little Braves Club receive free admission for all regular-season home games. Presented by Ameren Illinois Kids ActOnEnergy, the Little Braves Club is available to all Bradley fans in eighth grade and younger and membership in the organization is free for the first 500 applicants.

In addition to Little Braves Club members, admission to Bradley's regular-season home soccer games also is free for Bradley University students, faculty and staff, as well as active members of the military and their immediate families, all by presenting valid identification at the Shea Stadium box office.

Single-game parking at Shea Stadium also remains $3 per car and season parking passes are available for $20, a 17 percent savings compared to single-game pricing for all eight game dates.

The Braves, who have reached the NCAA Tournament twice in the last three years, will kick off the 2013 season by hosting Evansville, Massachusetts and New Hampshire in The Hotels at Grand Prairie Classic Aug. 30 and Sept. 1 at Shea Stadium. The Braves also will welcome Cal State Northridge (Sept. 28), Western Illinois (Oct. 7), Belmont (Oct. 15), Loyola Chicago (Oct. 19), SIU Edwardsville (Oct. 23) and Missouri State (Nov. 2) during their eight-game regular-season home schedule.

Playing for a National Championship
AUSTIN, Texas -- Three Bradley Soccer teammates will be playing for a national championship this weekend when the PDL playoffs resume Friday night at House Park. Senior goalkeeper Brian Billings (Apple Valley, Minn./Shattuck-St. Mary's School), senior midfielder Scott Davis (Naperville, Ill./Neuqua Valley H.S.) and former sweeper Tapiwa Machingauta (Marondera, Zimbabwe) are members of the Ocean City Nor'easters squad that won the Premier Development League Eastern Conference with a 3-1 win against the Ottawa Fury Sunday.

After advancing to the third round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup for the first time in franchise history earlier this summer, Ocean City now has advanced to the semifinals of the PDL playoffs for the first time in franchise history. The Nor'easters will take on the host Austin Aztex in Friday night's second semifinal at House Park. The championship match is slated for 7:30 p.m. (CT) Sunday.

Badat Leads Canada To First-Ever Medal at Maccabiah Games
JERUSALEM -- Bradley Soccer senior forward Alon Badat (Thornhill, Ontario/Westmount Collegiate Institute) helped Team Canada to its first-ever medal in Open Men's Soccer at the Maccabiah Games Monday as his team completed its tournament run with a 3-1 victory versus Mexico in the bronze medal game.

A second-year transfer from York University in his native Canada, Badat missed the 2012 season with a knee injury. Boasting 23 goals in two seasons at York, Badat was a second-team Canadian Interuniversity Sport All-Star in 2011 after finishing as the second-leading scorer in the Ontario University Athletics division.
