PEORIA, Ill. -- Junior women's golfer Danielle Lemek (Doniphan, Neb./Doniphan-Trumbull) has been named the Bradley Country Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week after she tied for seventh at last week's 37th annual Pat Bradley Invitational.

Lemek capped off a dominating fall season with her third top-10 showing of the year as she tied for seventh at the 37th annual Pat Bradley Invitational in Lakewood Ranch, Fla.  She improved her score each round, capping the three-day event with a one-under par 71 for her sixth round this fall of 72 or better and tied for seventh in the field with a 54-hole score of 219 (76-72-71).  Lemek, who finished the fall with a conference-best 73.00 stroke average, extended her streak of consecutive sub-80 rounds to 19 to tie for the second longest streak in program history.  A marketing major, Lemek owns a 3.38 cumulative grade point average.
