LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. -- Junior Danielle Lemek (Doniphan, Neb./Doniphan-Trumbull) fired a one-under 71 to move into a tie for seventh and the Bradley women's golf team carded the second-lowest round of the fall with a 297 to jump from ninth into sixth in the final team standings at the 37th annual Pat Bradley Invitational.

Lemek started the final day tied for 12th, but used her sixth round of 72 or better this season to vault into the top 10 and tie for seventh overall at 219 after a final-round 71.  The 2013-14 MVC Golfer of the Year, Lemek finished the fall season with a Missouri Valley Conference best 73.00 stroke average and has finished in the top seven at the Pat Bradley Invite each of her three times playing in the event.

The third-round 71 was Lemek's 19th consecutive sub-80 round to tie the second longest streak in program history.  Meaghan LeBlanc turned in 19 straight rounds in the 70's or better during the 2005-06 season.  Tiffany Chan of Daytona State won medalist honors at the Pat Bradley Invitational with an impressive seven-under total of 209.  Lemek was two shots out of the top five.

Entering the day in ninth in the team standings, the Braves used a nine-over 297 at the par-72 Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club Tuesday to overtake three squads and finish sixth in the final standings with a 54-hole total of 917.  Cincinnati was eighth after two rounds and finished seventh overall, two shots back of Bradley (919).  North Texas and Florida Gulf Coast opened Tuesday's final round tied for sixth, but slipped into a tie for eighth in the standings at 923.

In addition to Lemek's strong play in the last round of the fall schedule for the Braves, freshman Ally Scaccia (Arlington Heights, Ill./Prospect) posted a one-over 73 and was tied for 24th at 229 as she missed a top 20 finish by two shots.  Junior Allison Walsh (Mt. Prospect, Ill./Mt. Prospect) wrapped up her strongest outing of the fall with a final round 78.  Walsh tied for 31st at 231.

Junior Jenna Roadley (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Sturgeon Heights) ended the fall on a high note with a three-over 75.  She was 47th in the field at 238, while freshman Abby Wellens (Cincinnati, Ohio/Ursuline Academy) completed the scoring for Bradley in 63rd at 252 after a third-round 84.

Memphis, which was ranked 68th according to Golfweek.com, won the team title by seven shots with an eight-over par three-round total of 872.  Daytona State was second at 879 and 65th-ranked Florida International was third at 881.  Jacksonville took fourth in the 13-team field at 902, while Delaware rounded out the top five at 903, 14 shots ahead of sixth-place Bradley.  MVC foe Drake was 41 shots behind the Braves in 11th (958) and in-state opponent Western Illinois was 13th (984).
