PEORIA, Ill. -- Despite a late rally in the singles portion, the Bradley women's tennis team (1-4) dropped its fourth straight dual match of the spring, 4-3, to Eastern Illinois (4-0) Friday afternoon at the Clubs at River City North.

After being swept in the doubles and falling behind 3-0 into the start of the singles matches, the Braves got on the board when freshman Ariel Dechter notched her 13th win of the spring dual season, 6-2 and 7-5, and No. 3 singles. Bradley's Carly Miles scratched out a 7-6 (3), 6-4 win at No. 6 singles, while Cassia Wojtalik rallied from a 6-0 loss in the opening set for a 3-set win at No. 5 singles, taking the final two sets 6-2 and 6-1.

The Braves are back in action Saturday afternoon, hosting Northern Illinois in a 1 p.m. dual at The Clubs at River City.
