PEORIA, Ill. -- Senior Kristen Busch (Waterloo, Ill./Freeburg) will run in Saturday NCAA Division I Women's Cross Country in Louisville, Ky., with Saturday's 6K championship race starting at 11 a.m. (CST).

Busch is the first Missouri Valley Conference female student-athlete to earn a spot in the NCAA Cross Country Championship since 2012 and is the first Bradley runner to advance to the championship since Mary Ellen Hill in 1999.  The two-time USTFCCCA All-Region honoree is the lone Valley runner in the field for Saturday's championship, which will be held at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.

A free video stream of Saturday's NCAA Championship is available through the NCAA website at http://www.ncaa.com/liveschedule/2015/11/21 and live results can be found at http://primetimetiming.com/liveresults/2015/NCAAXC/

Busch finished sixth at last week's NCAA Midwest Regional in Lawrence, Kan., posting a school record 6K time of 20:25.9.  Her time broke her previous school record of 20:32.7 set at last month's Pre-Nationals in Louisville, Ky.
