BURLINGTON, Iowa – Junior Jenna Roadley (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Sturgeon Heights) tied for fifth to earn All-Missouri Valley Conference honors and fellow junior Danielle Lemek (Doniphan, Neb./Doniphan-Trumbull) earned MVC Golfer of the Year honors for the second straight season as the duo helped the Bradley women's golf team climb into fifth in the final standings at the Missouri Valley Conference Women's Golf Championship Tuesday.

Bradley had a pair of all-conference performers for the first time since 2011 with Roadley earning the distinction for the first time in her career and Lemek becoming the fourth three-time all-conference honoree in program history.

The Braves started the day in sixth, but used a final-round 320 to pass Loyola and finish fifth in the team standings for the second straight year at 960.  Wichita State claimed its second straight team title by 13 strokes at 924 to top pre-championship favorite and second-place finisher Missouri State (937).

Roadley joined individual medalist Alejandra Arellano of Wichita State as the only two individuals to card all three rounds in the 70's.  A final-round 77 helped Roadley climb into a tie for fifth at 234 as she earned the first top-10 finish of her career.  Arellano won the individual title by six shots with a three-round total of 222.

Lemek had her best round of the tournament and vaulted up 14 spots in the final individual standings into 14th after starting Tuesday's final round in a tie for 28th.  Lemek matched the low round of the tournament for the Braves with a third-round 76 to finish at 238 and miss a top-10 showing by just two shots.  The first three-time all-conference honoree at Bradley since Bari Erais (2006-08), Lemek is the first repeat Valley Golfer of the Year since Drake's Olivia Lansing in 2009 and 2010.  Lemek's 74.28 season stroke average ranks second among Bradley season marks.

Freshman Ally Scaccia (Arlington Heights, Ill./Prospect) carded an 83 for the second straight day and was four shots behind Lemek in a tie for 21st (242).  Junior Allison Walsh (Mt. Prospect, Ill./Mt. Prospect) was 44th in the field at 254, finishing out play with an 88, while freshman Grace Henderson (Peachtree Corners, Ga./Blessed Trinity) shot an 84 to round out the team scoring for Bradley Tuesday.

Bradley was 12 shots out of the top three in the standings, with Southern Illinois taking third at 948 and I-74 rival Illinois State fourth overall at 950.  The Braves finished fifth for the second straight year at 960 to edge sixth-place Indiana State (961) by one shot.  Loyola slipped from third to seventh in the final standings at 965, with Evansville (8th -976), Northern Iowa (9th – 989) and Drake (10th – 997) completing the field.
