PEORIA, IL - Alejandra de Lasa and Ashley Thai will play for the B Flight Doubles championship when the final day of the Bradley Invitational women's tennis tournament concludes Sunday at the David Markin Tennis Courts.

The de Lasa/Thai duo advanced to the championship mtch with an 8-3 victory against the Chicago combo of Jasmine Lee/Jenna Reisler in Saturday's semifinal action. Both Bradley players rode their early morning doubles victory to success in singles play. After a straight-sets win in her B Flight Singles consolation quarterfinal match, Thai advanced to Sunday's consolation championship match with a 3-set victory in the semis.

The Bradley junior will face one of her new teammates, freshman Emma Sodergren, in Sunday's B Flight Singles consolation championship. After a marathon match in her consolation quarterfinals ended with a 15-13 score in the deciding third set, Sodergren advanced to the final with a much easier 6-1, 6-0 victory in her semifinal.

Sunday's action will include 10 matches in total, the five championship and consolation championship matches in three singles and two doubles flights. Play is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. at the David Markin Tennis Courts on the Bradley campus.
