PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley men's golf will make the first trip to the state of Arkansas in program history when the Braves wrap up the 2017 Fall schedule Monday and Tuesday at the Little Rock Invitational in Little Rock, Ark.

Monday's action at the par-72 Chenal Country Club will get underway with an 8 a.m. shotgun start for the tournament's first two rounds and the event wraps up with an 8 a.m. shotgun start to Tuesday's final round.  Golfstat.com will provide links to live scoring for the two-day event.

The 10-team field includes two teams ranked in the top 100 of the latest Golfweek.com ratings in #55 Arkansas State and #92 Illinois State.  Joining Bradley in the field are tournament-host Arkansas-Little Rock, Central Arkansas, Dayton, Houston Baptist, Seton Hall, Stephen F. Austin and UT-Arlington.

The Little Rock Invitational marks the latest Bradley concludes its fall schedule since the 2012-13 season at the Kiawah Island Intercollegiate (Oct. 28-30).

Senior Matthew Specht has finished in the top 10 in each of his two outings this season after tying for eighth at the Bill Ross Intercollegiate in Overland Park, Kan., earlier this month.  Specht finished at four-over par 220 to pace the Braves last outing and owns a 74.00 stroke average this year.

Fellow senior Ethan Brue ranks among the MVC leaders with a team-best 73.33 stroke average and is the only individual on the team to shoot all 12 rounds this fall in the 70's or better.  Brue has fired 44 of his 47 rounds as a Brave below 80, including all 27 of his Fall rounds and owns a 73.00 career stroke average during the fall semester.

Junior Michael Mounce will play in his third tournament of the season and make his second appearance in the Bradley lineup.  Mounce has fired his last five rounds in the 70's and owns a 74.40 stroke average during that span after opening the season with an 80.

Fellow junior Drake Bushong makes his return to the Bradley lineup and will have a chance to become just the 11th player in program history to shoot 75 or more sub-80 rounds during their time on The Hilltop.  Bushong has 72 sub-80 rounds to his credit as a Brave.

Freshman Miguel Montelongo has played in two tournaments and will be back in the lineup for the first time since the season-opening Crusader Collegiate.  Montelongo tied for 18th in his collegiate debut at the Crusader Collegiate and played as an individual at the Derek Dolenc Invitational in Madison, Ill., in late September, where he carded a season-best 70 in the opening round.

Sophomore Charles Jahn, who recently qualified for the 2018 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship with teammate Sam Range, will play as an individual at the Little Rock Invite.  Jahn is third on the team with a 75.00 stroke average and has been among Bradley's top three finishers in all three of his appearances this fall.

The Braves are slated to open their spring schedule Feb. 26 & 27 at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational in Spring, Texas.
