It's that time again. With the calendar shifted to May, it's time for fans to vote for which Brave they believe had the best month of April.
 
Senior Patrick Campbell of the men's track team, freshman Brendan Dougherty of the baseball team, junior Ally Scaccia of the women's golf team and Kealia Wysocki of the softball team are the four nominees for Bradley Athlete of the Month in April.
 
Each month, fans have the opportunity to vote for which Brave had the best month in their respective sport. Voting is open until Thursday at 3 p.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.
 
Patrick Campbell • Sr. • Men's Track • Wauwatosa, Wis.
• Competed in two events during the month and posted top-three times in the Missouri Valley Conference and top-two times in school history in both events.
• Broke the program's 10,000m record at the Mt. SAC Relays on April 13, establishing a new standard of 29:26.07 – more than 33 seconds ahead of the previous record. His time is currently the second-best mark in the MVC this season.
• Also posted a personal-best time of 14:05.62 in the 5,000m run at the Drake Relays on April 27 – the second-fastest career-best time in school history and the third-quickest in The Valley this year.
 
Brendan Dougherty • Fr. • Baseball • Des Moines, Iowa
• Led the Braves with a .385 average (.467 on-base percentage) during the month of April, hitting six doubles with 19 runs scored.
• Collected multiple hits in 8-of-18 games during the month, including in six of the last seven contests.
• Hitting .600 with a .655 on-base percentage during the final seven games of April, scoring 11 runs.
• Led the Braves to a series victory against I-74 rival Illinois State, hitting .750 (9-of-12) during the three-game set with five runs scored, three doubles and two RBI.
 
Ally Scaccia • Jr. • Women's Golf • Arlington Heights, Ill.
• Won medalist honors at the Bradley Spring Invitational, helping Bradley to the team title.
• Earned All-MVC honors and was a first-team MVC Scholar-Athlete selection after tying for 11th at the MVC Championship.
• Posted a 74.83 stroke average in April and finished the season with the ninth-lowest season stroke average in school history (76.24).
• Her three-round 214 at the Bradley Spring Invite ranks as the fourth lowest 54-hole score in school history. 
 
Kealia Wysocki • Fr. • Softball • Thousand Oaks, Calif.
• Named the MVC Newcomer of the Week for the week of April 24. 
• Owned a .349 average in 17 games, while boasting a team-high .698 slugging percentage and 12 RBI. 
• Slugged three of her team-best six home runs and also collected four doubles and one triple. 
• Hit in seven of the last nine games, hitting .407 with eight RBI and a .778 slugging percentage.
