Box Score at UC Riverside 7, Bradley 0

RIVERSIDE, CA -
The doubles tandem of Alexa Brandt and Malini Wijesinghe teamed for a 7-5 win at No. 2 doubles, but that was Bradley's only victory of the day Wednesday at UC Riverside in the final match of its spring break trip to Southern California.

The Highlanders (2-14) overcame the loss at No. 2 doubles to take the doubles point by pulling out a 7-6 win at No. 1 and a 6-3 victory at No. 3.  The hosts then swept through the first five singles matches at the UC Riverside Student Recreation Center.  Playing shorthanded for the second time during the 3-match trip, Bradley did not contest the No. 6 singles position.

After playing the last six matches away from home, Bradley will make a brief Peoria appearance Tuesday by hosting Murray State in a 3 p.m. non-conference dual match at the Clubs at River City.  The match will be played indoors due to the forecast for cold temperatures Tuesday.
