Sunday's Bradley Soccer game at Appalachian State has been cancelled due to the weather concerns related to Hurricane Florence, which is forecasted to dump epic rain totals and create unsafe travel conditions throughout the Carolinas the next several days.

Undefeated through the first six games of the season for the first time since 2011, Bradley (4-0-2) will try to extend its overall 11-game unbeaten streak dating to last October when the Braves visit Purdue Fort Wayne Friday night.  Rather than continuing their road trip to Boone, NC for the now-cancelled game at Appalachian State, the Braves are seeking a replacement game for Sunday.

This is the second consecutive year Bradley's schedule has been effected by tropical storms.  Intense flooding created by Harvey forced the cancellation of the 2017 Houston Baptist Invitational and the Braves made up one of the two cancelled games by hosting fellow tournament participant Gonzaga at Shea Stadium.
