PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley Men's Golf has its first competition in nearly a month after having last week's Bradley Spring Invitational cancelled due to inclement weather, with the Braves returning to the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate in Nashville, Tenn., for the third consecutive year.

Play at the par-71 Richland Country Club gets underway with two rounds of play Monday featuring an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.   Tuesday's final round will begin with tee times starting at 8 a.m.

Joining Bradley in the 15-team field are tournament-host Lipscomb along with Missouri Valley Conference rival Loyola.  Also slated to play in the 54-hole tournament are Austin Peay, Belmont, Bowling Green, Florida Gulf Coast, North Alabama, North Dakota State, Omaha, Samford, Southern Miss, Stetson, USC Upstate and Xavier.

BradleyBraves.com will provide links to the golfstat.com live scoring throughout the two-day tournament.

Weather has impacted the spring schedule for the Braves with Bradley yet to play a 54-hole tournament since wrapping up the fall schedule in mid-October at the Flyer Invitational in Kettering, Ohio.  The Braves are coming off a fourth-place finish at the rain-shortened Twin Oaks Intercollegiate in Springfield, Mo., March 11 & 12.  Bradley's spring opener at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational in Spring, Texas, back in late February was also shortened to 36 holes.

Seniors Branden Mounce and Michael Mounce both tied for eighth at the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate to pace the Braves last time out.  Branden has been Bradley's top finisher in each of the two spring outings and owns a 72.50 stroke average in the spring after a 75.80 average in the fall.

Michael is fourth on the team with a 73.37 stroke average (11th in the MVC) and his 75.03 career stroke average heading into the Ryman Intercollegiate ranks fifth in Bradley history.  He tied for 40th at last year's Ryman Intercollegiate as an individual and has played in the event each of the last two years.

One of four seniors in the Bradley lineup, Drake Bushong opened last year's Ryman Intercollegiate with a four-over 75 for the lowest of his six career rounds at the Richland Country Club.  Currently tied for sixth in career rounds played at Bradley with 117, Bushong owns a team-best 72.89 stroke average to rank eighth in the MVC and he is one of four Braves to rank in the top 12 in the league in stroke average.

Fellow senior Daniel Lensing played in last year's Ryman Intercollegiate, tying for 62nd overall.  Lensing's 19 rounds played this season mark his most rounds played since appearing in 22 rounds as a freshman in 2014-15.  He has posted a career-best 73.47 stroke average and is one of three Braves with a pair of top-10 finishes in 2018-19.

Junior Charles Jahn earned his fourth top-20 finish of the season last time out at the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate, tying for 20th overall.  Jahn's 72.95 stroke average is good for ninth in the MVC this season and his 19 rounds in 2018-19 are already two more than he played during his first two years on The Hilltop combined.

Bradley follows up the Ryman Intercollegiate with its final tournament before the Missouri Valley Championship in late April with the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship in West Point, Miss., April 15 & 16.
