PEORIA, Ill. – Due to anticipated rain in the Peoria area this afternoon and early evening, the opening rounds of the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Softball Championship will be played inside the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex Dome.

Wednesday's games will be played as scheduled with #8 seed Loyola taking on #9 seed Indiana State at 4 p.m. followed by #7 seed Evansville facing #10 seed Valparaiso at 6:30 p.m. with the team's playing in the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex Dome.
