Hollister, Mo. -- The Bradley Women's Golf team concluded their fall season on Wednesday with the third round of the Ozarks National Invitational wrapped up.
The 12-team field included three days of 18-hole play.
The Braves opened play with a team total of 316 on Monday with four players shooting the same score of 79. Sophomore
Maria Perakis, freshman
Allison Pacocha, senior
Mara Flaherty and junior
Grace Aromando all scored 79 in the first round of play.
Bradley improved by one stroke in Tuesday's round with a 315 team score. Fifth-year senior
Megan Welch led the Braves in the second round with a 75. Perakis was the only other Brave to score in the 70s with a second-round 77.
In the final round of play, the Braves had their best round of the tournament scoring a 304. Four Braves scored in the 70s again, Perakis leading the way with a final round 74.
The Braves finished in 11th place out of 12 teams.
Off For The Winter
The women's golf team will not be back in action until next spring, when they travel to Rio Verde, Arizona to start their spring season in February.
