SERIES HISTORY vs. SAINT LOUIS | LAST MEETING
  • Bradley and Saint Louis have met 20 times previously on the tennis court, with the Billikens taking 14 of those contests.
  • BU has the edge as of late, having defeated Saint Louis in each of the last three seasons.
  • The Braves took a 5-2 win at the David Markin Tennis Courts last season.
LAST WEEK
  • Bradley Tennis split a pair of Missouri Valley Conference road matches at UNI and Drake.
  • BU picked up a 5-2 win against the Panthers, while falling 1-6 against the Bulldogs the following day.
TOP OF THE HILL
  • Nikki Perlwitz is 4-0 in MVC singles matches season.
  • She is the only player to be undefeated at No. 6 Singles at 3-0.
  • All No. 6 Singles student-athletes will only have a maximum of four matches due to Missouri State not fielding a full lineup in MVC play, opposed to the five all other positions will have.
THEY'RE TIED
  • With two career regular season matches to play, Nikki Perlwitz and Bozana Lojpur are tied for fifth in career singles wins with 63.
  • Perlwitz has been behind Lojpur for most of the season, but a stretch of nine wins in her last 11 matches including a 4-0 mark in league play has allowed her to tie.
LOJPUR MAKES WINNING A CAREER-LONG HABIT
  • Bozana Lojpur is one win shy of entering BU's top five in career combined wins.
  • She currently sits in sixth place with 117 total victories.
ANDRADE/HAILEY AMONG THE BEST
  • Bradley's regular No. 1 Doubles pair of Madalena Andrade/Kirstin Hailey is mathematically in contention for the most wins of any No. 1 Doubles team in league play.
  • They are currently 2-1 in Valley play including a 6-2 win last weekend against league-leading Bulldogs.
  • Their nine wins at No. 1 Doubles this dual match season are the fourth most at the No. 1 position in a single dual match season in program history.
TWO TO GO
  • With two regular season matches to play, Bozana Lojpur/Nikki Perlwitz are two wins shy of equaling the program record of 43 career doubles wins by a pair.
  • The mark is held by former teammates Natalia Barbery/Sandra Maletin.
  • While the Braves are guaranteed a minimum of three matches, with the third being the first round of the MVC Tennis Championship, matches in the conference tournament played to clinch. Therefore, it is possible they would not finish any doubles match in the tournament.
AWARDS GALORE
  • Bradley Tennis has set a program record with four Doubles Team of the Week Awards this season.
  • Madalena Andrade/Kirstin Hailey have taken two Doubles Team of the Week awards for their efforts at the No. 1 spot, while Lojpur/Perlwitz earned two of their own at No. 2 and 3 Doubles.
  • Lojpur set a new program record with four career DTOTW honors for an individual.
  • Lojpur (No. 1) has taken two Singles Player of the Week honors and Maria Bezmenova (No. 4) has also earned one.
  • Bradley won MVC weekly awards in four consecutive weeks from February 8 – March 1, tied for the longest streak in BU history.
  • Bradley's seven total MVC weekly awards are the second most in a season in program history.
WINNING TRENDS
  • BU only has one win in which the No. 1 Doubles team of Andrade/Hailey does not win.
  • Bradley is 10-10 in the doubles point and 8-2 in matches where they win the doubles point.
  • The Braves have also only picked up two victories when the student-athlete patrolling No. 1 Singles is unable to win.
