Tennis Opens Valley Tournament Friday Against UNI

ST. LOUIS, MO – Bradley Women's Tennis will open the Missouri Valley Conference Team Tennis Championship this Friday as the #3 seed against #6 UNI, according to the bracket announcement from the league office this morning.

BU is seeded third for the second time in the last three Valley tournaments, after being seeded fourth last year.

The Braves beat UNI on the road this season, 5-2. BU won all three doubles matches as well as earning wins at Nos. 2, 3, 6, and 5 Singles, in that order.

The winner of this match will face the winner of #2 ISU and #7 Missouri State on Saturday at 2 o'clock. The tournament is being held at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center on the campus of Drake University.
