DES MOINES, IA. – Bradley Tennis opens the 2022 Missouri Valley Conference Women's Tennis Championship against the UNI Panthers Friday at 3 p.m. at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center on the campus of Drake University.

SERIES HISTORY vs. UNI | LAST MEETING

The Braves and Panthers have met 42 times on the tennis court and the series is tied at 21 wins apiece.
BU has won seven matches in a row against UNI including a 5-2 road victory against the Panthers this season.

HOW IT HAPPENED

In Bradley's win against UNI, the Braves earned wins at all three doubles positions and Nos. 2, 3, 5 and 6 Singles.
The match was the only Valley contest this season that BU won all three doubles matches.

LAST TIME OUT

Bradley Tennis earned a win in the regular season finale against Valparaiso, 6-1, at Parkside Fitness last Saturday.
Prior to the match, BU honored its three seniors; Nina Marjanovic, Bozana Lojpur, Nikki Perlwitz.

UNDEFEATED

Nikki Perlwitz is 5-0 in MVC singles matches season.
She is the only player to be undefeated at No. 6 Singles at 4-0.
All No. 6 Singles student-athletes will only have a maximum of four matches due to Missouri State not fielding a full lineup in MVC play, opposed to the five all other positions will have.

Bozana Lojpur and Nikki Perlwitz are separated by one career singles win.
Lojpur has 63 singles wins and Perlwitz has 64.
Perlwitz's tally puts her in the top five in program history, while Lojpur's tally is sixth.
Lojpur has been in the top five this season, but Perlwitz has won 10 of her last 12 singles matches to jump ahead.

LOJPUR MAKES WINNING A CAREER-LONG HABIT

Lojpur has 118 career combined wins, a tie for fifth place in program history for career combined wins.
She is two shy of a tie for fourth place.

ANDRADE/HAILEY AMONG THE BEST

Their nine wins at No. 1 Doubles this dual match season are the fourth most at the No. 1 position in a single dual match season in program history.
The duo went 2-2 in MVC play at No. 1 Doubles, including a 6-0 win against UNI two weeks ago.
Their three MVC Doubles Team of the Week Awards are the most by any pair in the league this season.

Lojpur/Perlwitz have 42 career doubles wins as a pair.
The tally is tied for the second most wins in program history for doubles wins by a pair.

Her four wins are tied with two UNI student-athletes for the second most wins by a freshman in league play this season.
Hailey is undefeated against those Panther freshmen.

Bradley is 9-2 this season when they win the doubles point.
BU has two wins this season when the student-athlete patrolling No. 1 Singles does not win.
Those wins are Valparaiso and Friday's opponent, UNI.
