Bradley Begins Search for 11th Softball Head Coach

PEORIA, IL – Bradley University will not renew the contract of Softball Head Coach Amy Hayes and the Department of Athletics will begin the search for the 11th head coach in program history.

Hayes compiled a 295-396 (.427) overall record, including a 140-195 (.418) Missouri Valley Conference mark in her 14 seasons at Bradley. She led the Braves to their first Valley Tournament titles and NCAA Tournament appearances in 2009 and 2014.

The 2022 Bradley Softball season ended Thursday during the quarterfinals of the MVC Championship. The Braves finished 26-26 overall, including a fifth-place (13-14) finish in the league standings.
