ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Grace Aromando was selected as an MVC Golfer of the Week on Sept. 6, per an announcement from the league office Wednesday. She is the first Brave to earn MVC Golfer of the Week since Josh Kirkham was selected on Sept. 28, 2022, and the first Women's golfer selected since
Maria Perakis earned the honor on Oct. 28, 2021.
Aromando finished tied for fifth place at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational hosted by Central Michigan. She finished with a three-round score of 219 (74-75-70), three over par, helping the Braves finish third out of 13 teams in the tournament.
