IUPUI Invitational Preview
The Braves set off to Indianapolis as they compete in the IUPUI Invitational hosted by the Jaguars as this begins the Braves two weekend stint in Indiana.
The competition field includes IUPUI, Lewis, Marian, Wright State, Ball State, Butler, Campbellsville, Miami (Ohio), Cleveland State, Huntington, Indianapolis, SIU, Cedarville, UNAT-Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky, Missouri S&T, EIU, Indiana Tech, Dayton, Oakland, ISU, Wabash, and North Park.
The Men's Track team will participate in Men's 60m, 1 mile, 600m, and 200m. While the Women's Track team will participate in Women's long jump, 60m, 600m, and 200m
Last Time Out
The Braves competed in the Larry Wieczorek Invitational & Multi last weekend, where they tagged on more personal records.
Trixie Wraith has been the standout for the Braves as she has placed in the top two in both meets. She also recorded the fourth fastest time by a Brave in the Women's 3000m.
Eli Rieker has also had himself a phenomenal season as he set a school record in the Men's 200m with a time of 22.08.
The Braves look to continue their season dominance in the Men's & Women's 200m and 3000m.
Coming Up…
The Braves will head to South Bend on Feb 2-3rd to participate in the Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame.
