PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley University women's golf athlete Jillian Cosler has been named this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week, announced Tuesday. Cosler was honored after winning her first collegiate individual title at the Coyote Creek Classic this past weekend.

Cosler won the Coyote Creek Classic, enduring a tight individual race that saw three playoff holes needed to determine a winner. Cosler, teammate Peyton Coburn and Evansville's Mallory Russell finished the scheduled 54 holes at eight strokes over par. Cosler won the playoff with three pars to win the 2024 Coyote Creek Classic. The also claimed the team title at the Coyote Creek Classic for the second consecutive year.

Cosler's victory and academic success have earned her this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete honor.
