RICHMOND, KY– The women's golf team shot their lowest 36-hole score in program history in the EKU Colonel Classic to take home second place in the tournament.
The women's golf team shot a 292 in the first round of play, followed by a 302 in the second round. The Braves ended in second place after the two rounds of play for a total score of 600 (+24), only eight strokes out of first.
This is the highest placement for the Braves since the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic during the fall season, where they took first place on Oct. 7th.
Jillian Cosler took home second place for the Braves with a score of 71 (-1) throughout the first round and was able to finish her second round shooting a 75 (+3). This is Cosler's highest finish in her Bradley career.
