PEORIA, Ill. -- Bradley University volleyball athlete Mairen Mannon has been named this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week, announced Tuesday. Mannon was honored after tallying 34 kills with six blocks in Bradley's road weekend sweep over Murray State and Belmont.

The junior from Chillicothe, Illinois, tallied 34 kills with only two errors on 53 attack attempts in nine sets played over the weekend. Mannon posted the second 20-kill game by a Brave in 2025 against Belmont, tallying exactly 20 kills with one error on just 30 attempts for an attack percentage of .633. In total, Mannon hit .604 over and contributed six blocks defensively over the weekend, earning her Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Week honors.

Mannon's strong performance and academic success have earned her this week's Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete honor.
