PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Cross Country travels to Stillwater, Okla., to compete against the Midwest's best athletes at the NCAA Cross Country Midwest Regional on Friday, Nov. 14.

LAST TIME OUT
Bradley is coming off a dominant performance at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, sweeping both team titles for the second straight season and third time in four years on Oct. 31 in Evansville. The women's team scored a conference championship record 15 points, 70 points more than second place. Bradley athletes occupied the entirety of the top six and seven placed in the top nine. The men secured the sweep with 49 points, 25 ahead of second place. Kaitlyn Sheppard and JD Rosslee won the women's and men's race, respectively, earning MVC Cross Country Athlete of the Year honors, while Noelle Steines earned Freshman of the Year and ten athletes earned All-Conference recognition.

RECAPPING THE 2024 MIDWEST REGIONAL
The 2024 Midwest Regional, hosted by Bradley at Newman Golf Course, saw the women's team place sixth out of 33 programs and the men take seventh out of 29. Kaitlyn Sheppard earned All-Region honors after placing 24th with a time of 20:28.66, leading the Braves. In the Men's 10K race, JD Rosslee led the Braves with a time of 30:07.70, placing 26th. 

PREVIOUSLY IN STILLWATER
Bradley last competed at the Greiner Family Course at the 2023 Midwest Regional. The women's team placed sixth, while the men placed eighth. Wilma Nielsen earned her second All-Region selection in as many years, leading the Bradley women with a 23rd-place finish (21:18.8). The men were led by Michael Rebello, who finished 37th with a time of 31:35.1.
