Kaylen Nelson (Bradley): Nelson had a strong start to the postseason, scoring a team-leading 16 points in the Braves' matchup against the Valparaiso Beacons on Thursday. She had a solid year, scoring 275 points which is the second most for Bradley on the year. Nelson will need to play a big part in the Braves' attempt to keep up with the Racers' offense.

Amy O'Hara (Bradley): O'Hara is coming off her best game of the year, as she recorded her first collegiate double-double. She tied her season-high with 14 points while grabbing 12 rebounds, totaling three assists, and recording a block. She is going to need another strong game on both sides of the court on Friday to help propel the Braves to victory.

The Braves (13-18, 7-13 MVC) won their first-round matchup against Valparaiso on Thursday 64-58. Four Braves reached double-digit point totals with Soleil Barnes scoring 11 points while grabbing six boards, totaling eight assists, three steals, and two blocks. Bradley has been catching fire recently as they have won four of their last six and have elevated their play to another level towards the end of the season.
About the Racers
The Racers (22-7, 16-4 MVC) are coming into the MVC Championship as the #1 seed. They have the most dangerous offense in the MVC, scoring nine points per game more than Drake, who is second in the Valley. Murray State has won their last seven games and put up 109 points against Indiana State in their last game. The last time Bradley and Murray State faced off, Tamia Perryman scored 16 points with two rebounds and three assists.
