DES MOINES, Iowa – Bradley Men's Golf concluded the Men's Golf Missouri Valley Conference Championship with an eighth-place team finish.
The tournament began on delay, as Easter Sunday's first round was postponed to Monday due to poor weather. As such, rounds one and two were held on Monday.
Carter Stevenson finished in the top 20 for the fourth consecutive tournament, placing eighth with a one-under-par 215. Stephenson began the tournament with a 71 and 70 on Monday before closing with a 74 in the final round.
Brody McCarthy had a great bounce-back performance after last week, finishing in 16th. McCarthy was consistent throughout the tournament, carding rounds of 73, 74, and 72 to secure a top 20 performance.
Tanner Leonard closed his freshman season on a high note, golfing an even-par 72 in the tournament's final round.

Carter Stevenson set or tied multiple program records at the MVC Championship. Stevenson's three rounds under 80 give him 44 consecutive rounds under 80, tying him with Josh Kirkham (2021-22 & 2022-23) and Andy Mickelson (2001-02 & 2002-03) for the most consecutive rounds under 80 in program history.
Stevenson's strong play was season-long, as well. He finished the season with a stroke average of 71.89, the lowest single-season stroke average in program history, surpassing Josh Kirkham's 2022-23 stroke average of 72.09.
