PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley Men's Golf begins the 2025-26 season with a trip to Manhattan, Kan., for the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by Kansas State.

The first two 18-hole rounds on the par-72 course will take place on Monday, Sept. 8, beginning at 8:30 a.m. via a shotgun start. The final round commences on Tuesday, Sept. 9, with a shotgun start at the same time.

LAST TIME AT COLBERT HILLS GOLF COURSE
The Braves are competing in the Wildcat Invitational for the second consecutive season and fourth time in the last five seasons.
Carter Stevenson (+4, T13) and
Connor Hamm (+5, T17) each notched top-20 finishes as the Braves finished ninth as a team at Colbert Hills.

Cerney was an Illinois Class 3A State Qualifier individually in 2022-23 and holds the Naperville Central Boys' Golf program records for lowest nine- (-5) and 18-hole score (-7) while winning over 10 tournaments in his career. Smith earned medalist honors five times across his junior and senior seasons, including a third-place finish at Districts and Class 5A Regionals in his senior season at Lake Creek High School in Texas. Walker won the 2019 IHSA Class 1A State Individual Championship as a high school Freshman and qualified for the USGA's 74th U.S. Junior Amateur Championship in 2022.
Golfers returning for the 2025-26 season accounted for nine finishes of 20th or better during the 2024-25 season, seven of which belonged to
Carter Stevenson. The junior from Marquette Heights, Ill., is coming off a season where he averaged 71.89 strokes per round, the lowest in program history. Junior
Brody McCarthy (74.59 strokes/round) and sophomore
Tanner Leonard (76.65 strokes/round) finished second and third on the team, respectively, in scoring average last season.
