CAREER BESTS & RESULTS


2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in a team-high six meets during her senior campaign • Led the Braves at the WIU Early Bird Meet, placing fourth with a 4K time of 15:19.4 • Helped the Braves repeat as MVC Champion with a career-best 5K time of 18:17.6 at the conference meet, placing 26th • Also clocked her fastest 6K at 22:19.0 at the Bradley Pink Classic.

Indoor: Member of the program’s first distance medley relay title, running the 800m leg at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship with a team time of 11:56.37 – the fifth-best mark in school history • Also posted a career-best fourth-place finish at a conference meet, running the 800m in 2:13.34 • Ran a career-best time of 2:12.46 in the event at Iowa State for the fifth-best performance in the BU record book.
 
Outdoor: Placed fifth at the MVC Championship as a member of the 4x400 relay with the team posting the second-best time in school history at 3:54.26 • Mainly ran the 800m during the season with a PR time of 2:11.26 at Indiana State – the seventh-best time in school history • Also set a career-best in the 1,500m at the Kip Janvrin Open at 4:37.71.


2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
 
Indoor: Ran the 800m during the indoor campaign • Clocked the sixth-fastest time in school history at 2:12.84 at the GVSU Big Meet • Finished 13th in the prelims at the MVC Championship • Part of the second-fastest 4x400 relay in school history (3:58.96) at the GVSU Big Meet.
 
Outdoor: Advanced to the finals of the 800m run at the MVC Championship, placing eight overall • Set a PR in the preliminary round at the conference meet, clocking the seventh-fastest time in school history at 2:11.62 • Member of the second-fastest 4x400 relay in BU history with a 3:56.97 at the MVC Championship • Also ran the 1,500m in 4:48.74.


2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in three meets during the season • Finished 16th overall at the Bradley Intercollegiate • Set a career-best time in the 6K with a mark of 23:09.3 at the Bradley Classic.
 
Indoor: Ran the 800m at the MVC Championship • Posted a PR in the 5,000m run at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 17:54.20.
 
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor campaign.


2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran at the Bradley Intercollegiate in her only outing of the cross country season.
 
Indoor: Finished third in the 600m at the Illini Classic to open the indoor track season • Clocked the fourth-best indoor 600m time (1:37.28) in school history at the at the EIU Friday Night Special to take third • Ran a 2:14.32 800m time at the Meyo Invite for seventh-best time in Bradley history • Finished seventh in the 800m at the Gladstein Invitational.
 
Outdoor: Kicked off outdoor season with a fifth-place finish in the 400m at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic • Placed third in the 1,500m at the Redhawk Invitational in Oxford, Ohio • Season-best 800 meter time of 2:12.14 from the Illinois Twilight ranks sixth in school history. 


2014-15 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in four cross country meets, posting a season-best 6K time at the Brisman/Lundeen Invite.
 
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor track season.
 
Outdoor: Ran in the 800m during the outdoor campaign. 


HIGH SCHOOL
Earned all-conference honors in cross country, helping her school to a sixth-place state finish as a junior and eighth-place showing as a senior • Helped the Vikings to back-to-back conference and regional titles her final two prep seasons • Took home all-state and all-conference honors in track • Earned an individual sectional title in track.


PERSONAL
The daughter of Chuck and Christine Adelman, Kathryn was born in New York • Two older siblings, Gregory and Westley • Earned her bachelor's in marketing professional selling and pursuing her master's in business administration.
