2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran three times during her senior season • Clocked a career-best time in the 5K, running in 19:10.2 at the Illini Open • Also posted top-20 finishes at the WIU Early Bird Invite (10th) and Illini Open (17th).
Indoor: Posted PR times with a mark of 10:46.37 in the 3,000m run at Iowa and at 18:16.79 in the 5,000m run at Grand Valley State.
Outdoor: Scored for the first time during her career at the MVC Championship, placing eighth in the 10,000m run with a PR time of 38:00.70 • Also ran the 5,000m during the season, setting her career-fastest mark with 18:07.84 at the Kip Janvrin Open.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in five meets during her junior season • Placed eighth at the Bradley Invitational • Also finished sixth in the open meet at the Bradley Pink Classic, clocking a PR in the 6K at 22:56.0.
Indoor: Set her PR in the 5,000m run with a time of 19:02.02 at the GVSU Big Meet • Also ran the 3,000m (10:52.94) and the mile (5:32.01) during the season.
Outdoor: Posted PR times in the 3,000m run at Iowa in 10:40.14 and in the 5,000m run at Indiana State in 18:34.82 • Also ran the 1,500m at Eastern Illinois in 5:11.20.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in five races in 2016 • Placed fifth at the Bradley Invitational with at time of 19:28.9.
Indoor: Posted PRs of 1:45.33 in the 600m at Grand Valley State, 2:30.21 in the 800m at Illinois and 5:27.06 in the mile at Olivet Nazarene.
Outdoor: Ran the 800m and 1,500m during the outdoor season • Posted her personal-best time in the 1,500m with a mark of 5:02.99 at the Illinois Twilight.
2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country: Clocked a season-best 5K of 20:19.08 at the Illini Open to close out the cross country season.
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor track season.
Outdoor: During the outdoor season, ran in the 400m and 800m.
HIGH SCHOOL
Team captain • Earned the team’s Outstanding Athletic Leadership award • Part of a state qualifying 4x800 meter relay team • Also ran for a state qualifying team in cross country as a junior.

The daughter of Lori and Jim Lain, Morgan was born in Sandy, Utah • One sibling, Conner • Earned a black belt in karate • Majoring in psychology and sociology.
