Cross Country: Ran at two meets during his final season on campus, clocking a season-best time of 26:41.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Indoor: Did not compete during the 2022 indoor season.
2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran at the Lipscomb Winter Classic with an 8K time of 25:52.6.
Indoor: Competed in the 3,000m run at Northern Iowa and Indiana State, posting a PR time of 8:33.68 at ISU.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
Indoor: Did not run during the indoor campaign.
2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in five races during his sophomore campaign • Finished eighth at the WIU Early Bird Invite with a 6K time of 19:37.6 • Ran a career-best 8K of 25:50.4 at the Bradley Pink Classic.
Indoor: Did not run during the indoor season.
Outdoor: Scored for the Braves at the MVC Championship, placing eighth at the conference meet in the 10,000m run • Set his PR in the event at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 30:46.82 • Also posted career-best times in the 1,500m (4:02.85) and 5,000m (14:52.25).
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in four meets for the Braves • Posted his fastest 8K at the EIU Walt Crawford Open, clocking a time of 28:07.54.
Indoor: Posted a mark of 4:22.51 at the Meyo Invitational in the mile before running an 8:38.79 in the 3,000m at the EIU Friday Night Special.
Outdoor: Set PR times in the 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m • Posted the seventh-quickest 3,000m in school history with a time of 8:39.04 at the Musco Twilight • Also registered career bests at 4:06.26 in the 1,500m and 15:03.87 in the 5,000m • Finished first in the 5,000m run at the Crusader Open.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
Indoor: Ran a season-best-best time of 8:44.35 in the 3,000m at the Illini Classic, while posting a PR of 15:16.05 at the Indiana Gladstein Invitational in the 5,000m run • Also won his first collegiate race in the 3,000m run at the ONU Invitational.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL
All-state performer in cross country as a senior after an 18th-place finish at the Illinois Class 3A state championship • Two-time state qualifier in cross country and also reached the state championship in track as a sophomore • Four-time all-conference honoree in cross country and earned all-league honors twice on the track • Placed 30th at the Nike Midwest in 2015.
