CAREER BESTS & RESULTS
2020-21 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in two meets as a senior, finishing in Bradley’s top five in both competitions • Placed 30th overall at the MVC Championship and 22nd at the Lipscomb Winter Classic.
Indoor: Won his third distance medley relay title at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship, running the 1,200m leg as Bradley clocked a time of 9:59.54 • Also scored for the Braves in the 3,000m at the MVC Championship, placing seventh in 8:39.38 • Clocked a PR in the event at Northern Iowa in 8:37.06.
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Preliminary Rounds for the third time during his career in the 800m run • Set the school record in the event at Ole Miss with a time of 1:48.74 – the 12th-best mark in Missouri Valley Conference history and the second-best time in the last 12 years • Scored at the MVC Championship by placing eighth in the 800m • Also finished fifth in the 4x400 relay, running the anchor leg to cross the finish line in 3:18.37 – the fifth-best time in school history • Added the school record in the 4x800 relay as the Braves posted a time of 7:21.91 at Drake.
2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in five races as a junior • Finished among the team’s top five at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 125th overall with a 10K time of 33:24.6 • Also helped Bradley to its fifth-straight conference championship, finishing 16th overall with a mark of 25:33.8 • BU’s top finisher at the Bradley Pink Classic, clocking a season-best 8K time of 25:16.1.
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor campaign.
2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Helped the Braves to their fourth-straight MVC Championship and the program’s first-ever bid to the NCAA Championship • Placed 18th at the conference meet in 25:09.6 • Finished 92nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a career-best 10K time of 32:46.0 as Bradley placed second as a team and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Championship • Posted the fourth-best time on the team at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational with a PR mark of 25:04.8.
Indoor: Earned all-conference honors in the 800m run and DMR • Finished as runner-up in the 800m at the Missouri Valley Championship with a time of 1:54.59 • Ran a season-best time of 1:50.38 in the event at Iowa State, just six hundredths shy of his own school record • Member of the second and third-best DMR performances in school history as the Braves posted the second-best time in the BU record book at Notre Dame (9:45.29) and third-fastest with a runner-up finish at the MVC Championship (9:57.48) • Added a sixth-place finish at the 4x400 relay at the MVC Championship in 3:20.93 – the second-best time in school history • Also posted a PR time in the mile at Indiana in 4:17.08.
Outdoor: Two-time all-conference honoree for the second-straight Valley Championship • Finished third in the 800m run with a mark of 1:50.47 • Also a member of the 4x400 relay that placed third overall with a school-record time of 3:16.49 • Set the BU record in the 800m run in the NCAA First Round with a time of 1:49.10 • Placed 14th in the NCAA Quarterfinals in 1:49.19 – finishing as the second-quickest underclassmen in the West Region • Won the event at both the Bill Cornell Spring Classic and Illini Twilight.
2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in four meets during his rookie cross country season, including at the NCAA Midwest Regional where he finished sixth on the team • Posted a season-best 8K time of 26:17.93 at Indiana’s Sam Bell Invitational.
Indoor: Member of the Missouri Valley Conference Champion team in the distance medley relay, winning his second-straight title in the event • Also collected his first career individual all-conference honors by placing second in the 800m run at the conference meet, just one-hundredth of a second behind first • Shaved nearly 1.6 seconds off his previous school record in the 800m with a time of 1:50.32 at the Meyo Invitational, earning MVC Track Athlete of the Week accolades • Recorded the second-fastest 600m time in BU history at 1:22.08 at the Illinois Open • Also a member of the nation’s 17th-fastest DMR team in 2018, running the 800m leg at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational in a team time of 9:32.31 – nearly 30 seconds off the previous BU record and the fastest time in the Valley in nine years.
Outdoor: Earned all-conference accolades for the second-straight Missouri Valley Championship with a runner-up finish in the 800m run • Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary for the first time in his career, advancing to the quarterfinal round • Set a school record in the event at the NCAA regional meet with a time of 1:49.72, finishing as the top freshman in the West region • Twice won the 800m during the season, placing first at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic and Gibson Invitational • Also set a PR in the 1,500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational, clocking the seventh-best time in school history at 3:49.70.
2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
Indoor: Member of the Missouri Valley Conference Champion team in the distance medley relay • Ran the 800m leg of the race with Bradley setting a school record in 10:02.07 • Set three school records overall in his first collegiate season • Established the new program standard in the 600m run with a time of 1:22.19 at the EIU Friday Night Special, topping a record that stood since 1977 • Also twice set the 800m record with his mark of 1:51.91 at the Iowa State Classic topping the BU record book • Placed sixth in the 800m run in his first MVC Championship.
Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.
HIGH SCHOOL
Finished 14th at the Indiana state championship in cross country as a senior and followed it with a third-place state finish in the 800 meters • Finished third in the state in 800 meters each of his final two prep seasons • Won a state championship as a junior in the indoor 4x800 meter relay and was part of a runner-up team as a junior.
